NOISE |
1. LOOSE BOLTS. |
TIGHTEN TO PROPER TORQUE. |

2. BROKEN or LOOSE BOLTS. |
REPLACE BROKEN SPRING. |
3. HITTING STATIONARY SKIRT. |
PROVIDE NECESSARY CLEARANCE. |

4. WELD BREAKAGE |

5. MATERIAL BUILD-UP. |
CLEAN UP. |

6. SECURITY LOCKNUT ON THRU ROD ( 2 Rubber Drives ) or THRU BOLT ( 4 Rubber Drives ) IS LOOSE CAUSING THE PIPE SPACER TO RATTLE. |
TIGHTEN THE SECURITY LOCKNUT ON THE THRU ROD UNTIL THE PIPE SPACER COMES IN CONTACT WITH PRESSURE PLATE/S. |

7. PIPE SPACER CONTINUES TO RATTLE AFTER SECURITY LOCKNUTS ARE TIGHTENED PER REMEDY 6. |
REPLACE THRU ROD, PIPE SPACER, HARDENED STEEL WASHERS AND SECURITY LOCKNUTS. |

REPLACE BOTH “V-F” WHEELS, CHECK |

RESET, CHECK OVERLOAD HEATER SIZE. |
3. SINGLE PHASING. |
CHECK CABLE, WIRE LEAD & CABLE CONNECTION (MOTOR CONDUIT BOX IS PACKED WITH DUXSEAL AND MUST BE REPACKED WITH SAME). |
